Important information regarding access for delivery and collection of this soft play area
Each large piece section is 75 cm wide. The largest piece weighs 60 kg. Due to the weight and bulkiness of the centre piece set;
- This activity set can not be delivered to venue's with flights of stairs and no lift option. Up to 5 front steps leading to a door is fine. Due to the additional labour and time required, additional charges will apply where we have to use a lift, stairs, loading bay or multiple corridors through a building.
- If not on ground floor level, direct access or a easily accessible lift must be available at venue's where this package will be hired.
- Please measure all doorways and corridors the larger pieces will travel through (including protruding doorknobs and skirting boards) to ensure there is sufficient space to manoeuvre the soft play shapes around.
- An allocated parking space must be available directly outside/extremely close to the venue.
