GENERAL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below you'll find a selection of questions we are frequently asked about the hire of our equipment. We hope you
find them useful.

Do you deliver and set up the play equipment?

Yes. We do however require the balls from our ball ponds to be collected and bagged before we arrive to collect our
equipment. For larger and corporate events where this might be more difficult to arrange, we will arrive to collect the balls earlier (as long as they are not strewn around the venue!) for an additional £10.

Is your play equipment available all year round?

Yes, all our play equipment is available to hire all year round for indoor and outdoor use. During the colder months, we only offer indoor hires.

Is your play equipment clean?

Yes, we take pride in the appearance of our play equipment and clean it all with Dettol spray each time after we set it
up.

Will you arrive on time?

Most of the time, yes.

Our delivery drivers have a multi drop delivery schedule which they adhere to strictly. Unfortunately, on occasion there may be unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as heavy traffic, road works, emergency gas works or major road incidents that may delay them.

We try our best to call or text you if we are running late for whatever reason.

We have access to back-up equipment, vans and drivers in case of severe emergencies. You can aid us by informing us of any temporary roadwork in or around your area that might cause added delays.

How long does it take you to set up and pack up?

This varies depending on the play equipment you hire. On average, it takes us 30 - 45 minutes to deliver and set
up and 30 minutes to pack up and collect.

Can we keep your play equipment overnight?

Yes, provided the venue is secure.

The hirer takes full responsibility for the safety and security against damage and theft of all our play equipment at all times.

Overnight hires and hires requesting collection after 7 p.m.require an additional £30 and must be available to collect by 11 a.m. the following morning although we may request for collection earlier if the play equipment you hired is out on hire to someone else the next day.

How long do I have the play equipment for?

Play equipment is available for all our hires between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. This is dependent on our delivery schedules.

We aim to deliver and collect the play equipment at a time that is convenient for you. This will not always be

How much space do I need?

The space you need depends on the play equipment that you book. All our packages have guideline sizes available
however as much space as possible is advised, particularly with our ride ons which children will drive around in.


How long do I get the hired items for?

Play equipment is available to hire for as long as you need it for during the day usually between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. dependent on our delivery schedules.

Does your play equipment have an age limit?

Yes. A lot of the items we have for hire do, please refer to specific play packages/ play items on our website. As a guide, most of our ride on toys are suitable for children under the age of 5. Our little castles are manufactured for use for children aged 2 - 5 years. Our soft play and ball ponds are suitable for all ages.

How do I pay?

Payment, which is the hire price inc travel and Congestion Charge, plus a £50 deposit, can be paid by BACS or PayPal. If you are paying by PayPal, you must pay their added charges, £1.90 for every £50. Click Payment Terms to read our Payment Terms.


When will you refund my deposit?

Deposits are refunded the next working day by BACS or PayPal. If you request a refund by PayPal you may incur
additional charges FROM THEM.

What happens if I need to cancel my hire?

If you need to cancel the play equipment you have booked please call us ASAP on 07936 961 025.

Payments are non refundable, but can be transferred to an alternative date subject to play equipment being
available.
