Hire Agreement
This Hire Agreement forms the basis of the relationship between us (Dancing Cubs Ltd) and you. All bookings are subject to this hire agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Deposits
A deposit of £50 is required to secure any of our play equipment. This is fully refundable and must be cleared in full before the event date. Deposits will be refunded if products are returned clean and undamaged, that ball pit balls have been collected, and that all terms and conditions have been adhered to. this deposit is the minimum we will charge for any damage, and we will pursue additional cleaning, repair or replacement costs.

Full payment is required one day before the event date. Please see our payment terms for full details.
Supervision
We will only set up in safe locations with suitable caregivers. Please see our pages about setting up indoors and setting up outdoors to ensure that your chosen location is suitable for your chosen products.
Locations
As a London soft play hire company, we work all over Greater London and in parts of surrounding counties such as Hertfordshire, Surrey, Kent and Essex.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen party venue has enough space for your chosen items. If there is inadequate space, we will use our discretion to remove items to ensure that your event meets health and safety standards. You will still be charged for the items we remove.
We require access of 3m through any hallway, doorway or corridor.
Setting Up
It will take between 30 and 45 minutes to set up our products and 30 to 45 minutes to take down our products. This may be significantly longer for larger orders; we will be happy to provide estimated set up and removal times on request.
Please ensure there is someone on-site to let us in when we need to set up. If there is nobody at your party venue then we may leave after a short wait and you will still be charged.
We will not be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
Our Equipment
You are fully responsible for our equipment while it is in your care. This includes damage, theft and loss.
Do not give our equipment to anyone other than the person or people who delivered it unless told otherwise by a Dancing Cubs Ltd representative.
Soft play equipment should only be used by children up to age six, and some bouncy castles can be used by children up to age 12. Adults are not permitted to use our equipment.
No smoking, barbecues or flames allowed.
Children must be supervised for boisterous behaviour. No fighting, shoving, somersaults, climbing on bouncy castles or overcrowding permitted.
Agreeing to these hire terms
By booking with Dancing Cubs Ltd, you are confirming agreement of these hire terms. These terms may be updated at any time without any prior warning.
These terms are enforceable to all extent permitted by law.
