Important Access Information
Each large piece section is approximately 75 cm wide and the largest piece weighs around 60 kg. Due to the size and weight of the centrepiece, please note the following access requirements:
- This activity set cannot be delivered to venues with long flights of stairs and no lift. Up to five front steps leading to a door is usually fine.
- Where lifts, loading bays or extended internal routes are required, additional labour charges are likely to apply.
- If the play area is not on ground floor level, direct access via a suitable lift is essential.
- Please measure all doorways and corridors that the larger pieces will pass through, including skirting boards and door handles, to ensure there is enough space to manoeuvre the shapes.
- An allocated parking space is required directly outside, or very close to, the venue for safe loading and unloading.
