Planning Your Delivery & Collection Times

At Dancing Cubs, we aim to make your soft play hire as smooth as possible. Here's how we manage our delivery and collection schedule:

Our Operating Hours: Our play equipment is delivered and collected between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This means our vans begin deliveries from 10:00 AM, and our last collection is at 6:00 PM.
Optimized Routing: To ensure efficiency and keep costs down, we plan our daily routes based on all confirmed and paid for bookings, and the start/finish times you provide for your event.
Time Requests: You are welcome to specify preferred delivery and collection times on your booking form. However, we cannot guarantee specific times as our routes are constantly optimized. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
Confirmation: For hires at homes or venues with flexible access, we will contact you the day before your event (via email or text) to confirm your exact delivery and collection slots. We aim to ensure these times do not disrupt your party.
Overnight Hire: Our standard last collection is 6:00 PM. If your event runs later, later collection and overnight hire can be arranged for an additional cost.

Worthy of Note:

Changes to Booking Information: Please inform us immediately if any information on your booking form changes.
Punctuality: We make every effort to be punctual, but delivery and collection times are approximate. We will do our best to notify you of any delays due to traffic or unforeseen incidents, but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Last-Minute Changes: On occasion, we may request to change delivery/collection times at the last minute if it's convenient for you. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
