When you rent from us, you are guaranteed soft play equipment that is structurally resilient, unique, engaging and exceeding the minimum industry standard requirements for commercial soft play.

All play equipment we supply is supported by industry leading comprehensive risk assessments and method statements.

Corporate & Other Non-Domestic Events Whether it’s a corporate family fun day, Bring Your Child To Work Day, a Christmas party, or a family friendly festival, we provide the best mobile play equipment on the market.

Prices displayed on our website are daily base rental rates excluding travel and costs that apply for additional time and labour that may be required in comparison to standard hires.
Please read the 'What’s Included' section for each play item, as images may show some of our other play equipment that is not included in the hire price displayed.

VAT (Value Added Tax) Prices displayed online are exclusive of 20% VAT.

For our domestic clients (e.g., children's birthday parties), we apply a discount so that the final price paid matches the base rate shown on the website.
For corporate clients, VAT will be added to the final quote.

Refundable Deposits An additional £50 is applied to all bookings as a refundable deposit, in addition to the total rental amount. This is returned in full provided:

All play equipment is collected clean and undamaged.
Balls from ball ponds are collected and bagged.
Site access remains as described at time of booking.

Travel & Logistics

Travel: Costs are displayed when you select a delivery postcode in the postcode drop-down menu. Discover more about our Delivery & Collection procedures.
Complex Access: For venues requiring use of internal loading bays, goods lifts, stairs, lifts, walking long distances or through multiple corridors, or high-rise access (common in London offices and hotels), an additional £120 + VAT fee applies to cover the extra time and labor required. This does not apply to standard street-level unloading.
Soft play climbing frames: Due to the size, weight and bulkiness of the climbing frames, the additional fee for venues with more complex access will be higher, depending on specified access at the venue. As a guide, it will range from £120 - £200 + VAT.
Additional Admin: A £60 + VAT fee applies for bookings requiring site inductions, site on-boarding, NDAs, Contractor Competency Questionaire's, Electronic Permit to Work Systems (ePTW and SSOW), work permits, and/or driver/vehicle registration.

Minimum Spend We have a minimum hire spend of £200 excluding travel.

Setup & Collection We handle the delivery, setup, cleaning and collection. We ask that balls from ball ponds are bagged prior to our arrival to collect.

For our massive ball ponds (5 m by 3 m ball pond, 500,000 balls), we utilize our efficient ball collection machines.

Early Bird & Night Owl Service: Whether you need a 7 a.m. setup or a midnight collection, we can make it happen.

Standard delivery is from 10 a.m. and last collection is at 6 p.m. dependent on van schedules. We can accommodate any out of hours request for an additional fee, starting from £50.
