We used Dancing Cubs to hire the jungle ballpit for our son's third birthday, and from the first contact to delivery to pick up everything was perfect. The website was so easy to navigate, we got all the details of the ball pond easily, and Zara was very helpful with more information. She was regularly in touch. The party went well. We got a message from Lopez telling us there'd be a delay in arrival. This cut things a bit fine but it was good to be kept updated and everything was set up in time for the start of the party. Matthew was friendly and efficient and confirmed when he would be back to collect.

Hi Zara, great - it was all excellent with the drop off and pick up by the way, thanks very much – despite me having the hair dryer on so I didn’t hear the bell going when your guys first came, sorry they had to wait!

They all had a ball at the party. Unfortunately the weather got to us, so the kids played on the diddicars to start but then it rained – they loved the hoppers indoors, and the table/chairs worked well. We didn’t even open the Jenga box, I had just organised too much stuff for 2 hours – that was a shame.

My son loved playing on the diddicars by himself before the party for ages!
