- To operate within legal specifications for safe anchorage, this inflatable can only be set up indoors or outside on real grass.
- A power source (household socket is fine) will be required close by so that wires are not trip hazards. Electrical extensions can be provided up to 50 m.
- The blower (electrical device that keeps the castle inflated) makes a constant humming noise (like a loud hair dryer) whilst on. This is useful to know for indoor hires.
- This inflatable does not have a rain/sun cover.

- The minimum space specified is required to provide space for a safe exit from the castle, allow easy access via the sides, and allow extra space at the back for the length of the blower tube (3 ft).
