Summer holidays in London are a busy, brilliant time for families. With children off school, parents planning days out, hotels welcoming family guests, and leisure centres running seasonal activities, the right children’s entertainment can make all the difference.
At Dancing Cubs, we provide summer soft play hire across London for homes, hotels, leisure centres, nurseries, community venues, corporate family days and more. Our colourful soft play, ball ponds, toys, games and bouncy castles help create cheerful play areas where babies, toddlers and young children can move, explore and enjoy themselves safely.
Soft play hire for summer holiday events
Whether you are planning a garden party at home, a hotel family activity area, a school holiday club or a larger summer event, soft play is a practical choice for younger children. It gives them a dedicated space to crawl, climb, balance, build confidence and play alongside others.
Our Soft Play Packages are ideal for parents and organisers who want a ready-made play area, while our Ball Ponds add colour and sensory fun to summer events. For venues with more space, Bouncy Castles and Toys & Big Games can help create a fuller children’s entertainment area.
Children’s entertainment for London hotels
London hotels often welcome families during the summer holidays, especially around Westminster, Chelsea, Mayfair, South Bank, Greenwich and Central London. A well-planned soft play area can give younger guests a calm, engaging place to enjoy while parents relax nearby.
Dancing Cubs can support hotel family events, brunches, private parties, weddings, seasonal promotions and long-stay guest experiences. We deliver, set up and collect the equipment, helping hotel teams offer a polished and family-friendly service without extra pressure on staff.
Soft play for homes, gardens and private parties
Summer birthdays, BBQs and family gatherings are a lovely excuse to bring everyone together. Our soft play works well in homes, gardens and hired halls across London, including areas such as Lewisham, Hackney, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Ealing, Barnet and Greenwich.
For younger children, a dedicated play zone helps keep the day organised and gives them something age-appropriate to enjoy. We can help you choose equipment that suits your space, whether you need a compact set for a smaller room or a larger package for a garden or hall.
Leisure centres, community spaces and holiday clubs
Leisure centres, community halls and holiday clubs can also benefit from soft play during the summer holidays. It is a flexible way to add structured children’s entertainment for toddler sessions, family days, open days, summer fairs and local events.
Our team understands that London venues often have different access times, loading arrangements and set-up requirements. We plan carefully around your event so the equipment arrives clean, prepared and ready for use.
Clean, safe and ready for summer play
Every hire is prepared with care. Our soft play, ball ponds and play equipment are cleaned, sanitised and checked before delivery, giving parents and organisers confidence in the quality of the set-up.
We also offer Ball Pool Cleaning for ball pond balls, helping keep our hire stock clean and suitable for regular children’s use.
