Can I Hire Individual Products Instead of a Complete Package?
Yes. You can choose individual products from our range without hiring a complete soft play package. For example, you might need The Little Round Ball Pond for a small play area, 6 x Happy Hopperz for an additional activity or Giant Jenga for your event.
If you already have a suitable ball pond and only need extra balls, you can also hire 1 x Bag of Balls. Check each listing to confirm what is included in the hire.
How Do I Choose Equipment for Different Ages?
Start with the ages of the children attending and check the guidance on each product page. Our children's soft play range is mainly intended for babies, toddlers and young children, while some toys and games are suitable for older children. Standard children's soft play should not be used by adults unless the product is specifically designed for adult use.

How Does Delivery, Set-Up and Collection Work?
Dancing Cubs delivers, sets up and collects hired equipment. Our standard delivery and collection hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm, with routes planned around confirmed bookings, event times and venue access requirements.
You can request preferred delivery and collection times, but a particular slot cannot be guaranteed simply because it has been requested. Tell us about stairs, lifts, loading bays, parking restrictions and any fixed access times when booking. Read our Delivery page for further information.
If you are hiring an inflatable, check the additional requirements for its set-up surface, anchorage, power supply and surrounding space. Standard soft play and ball ponds have different installation requirements, so do not assume that every product can be set up in the same location.

Yes. You can add multiple products to the same online booking form. Check their combined space requirements and suitability for the children attending before making your selection.
Do I have to hire a soft play package?
No. You can hire individual products, including ball ponds, toys and games, without choosing a complete soft play package.
Are your products cleaned between hires?
Yes. Dancing Cubs cleans, sanitises and checks its soft play equipment and ball ponds between hires. Ball pool balls are washed using specialist cleaning equipment. Find out more on our Ball Pool Cleaning page.
Can all your products be used outdoors?
No. Outdoor suitability depends on the product, surface and weather conditions. Soft play and ball ponds must be kept dry, while outdoor inflatables require suitable grass for anchorage. Check the individual product requirements and our Weather Policy before booking.
Do I need to pay when I submit an online booking?
No payment is taken at the initial booking stage. Select your products, choose Book Online and enter your event details. See our Payment page for information about payment arrangements.
